Your areas of responsibilities:
Order processing via email or EDI package
Planning in deliveries and following up on logistics issues
Supporting accounts payable and finance department
Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners. Handle customer complaints & after sales complaints
Carry out administrative and organizational tasks. Manage office related purchases, answering calls, invoices & expenses
Responsible for maintaining the CR processes and impementation
Your profile of qualification:
College or commercial education.
Strong work experience in customer service and in SAP
Good MS Office knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, highly motivated, structured
