Specialist / Consultant Pice
Job Description
Manage and treat critically ill pediatric patients requiring intensive care.
Perform and supervise advanced life support procedures including intubation, central line insertion, and mechanical ventilation management.
Develop and oversee individualized treatment and management plans for each patient.
Monitor patient progress, make timely clinical decisions, and adjust treatments as needed.
Collaborate closely with pediatricians, subspecialists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing teams.
Communicate effectively with families, providing updates, education, and emotional support.
Ensure accurate and complete medical documentation.
Participate actively in PICU rounds, case discussions, and departmental meetings.
Promote and uphold infection control standards and patient safety measures.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED40,000.00 per month
