Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement comprehensive project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost estimates.
Proactively monitor budget performance, track cost changes, and provide regular reports to project stakeholders.
Perform detailed cost estimations for capital projects and infrastructure initiatives, considering various cost factors, market trends, and project requirements.
Conduct financial analysis to assess project financial performance, evaluate cost variances, and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, cost forecasts, and financial analyses for project stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Work with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation, capitalization, and financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
Monitor contract performance, invoices, and change orders to validate costs, prevent overruns, and resolve financial disputes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align budgeting and cost control processes with project schedules.
