Specialist – Anesthesia
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' medical histories and current health status prior to anesthesia.
Develop and implement anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Administer anesthesia using appropriate techniques and medications.
Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed throughout procedures.
Manage pain control and provide post-anesthesia care.
Respond swiftly to emergencies and adverse reactions.
Document all anesthesia procedures accurately.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
Completion of a recognized specialization in Anesthesia (MD/DNB in Anesthesiology).
UAE or recognized international licensure.
Proven experience in anesthesia practice.
Strong decision-making and patient management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
