JOB PURPOSE:
JOB PURPOSE:
- Wide knowledge and experience in Security Systems, projects, requirements, design, development, and implementation of the mentioned below systems.
1.Access Control System (ACS)
2.Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
3.Radar Intrusion Detection System (RIDS)
4.Fibre Intrusion Detection System (FIDS)
5.Fire Alarm System (FAS)
6.Integrated Building Management System (IBMS)
7.Under Vehicle Surveillance System (UVSS)
8.Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
9.Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA)
10.Que Management System (QMS)
11.Control rooms and Video walls
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting to the lead project engineer and project manager, providing weekly, monthly and overall projects reports.
- Implementation and execution of Security Systems Projects.
- Security Systems projects requirements, design, development, and implementation.
- Coordinating with contractors to execute and deliver the project in timely manners.
- Project Initiation - Gathering Information, Project Charter & PNF (project notification form).
- Identify Project Scope.
- Project Planning and Design.
- Coordinate with network team, system team, IT services team, application team, ADMCC and other authorities’ standards compliance.
- Sign-off the Business requirements specification (BRS)
- Scope of work: preparing detailed scope of work with design and quantities from all internal security systems projects for AD Ports Group teams and external stakeholders.
- Cost Estimation and BOQ- Cost estimation: Preparing approximate estimates with possible breakdown and getting approval from the financer and budget codes.
- If the estimates are above 1 million then prepare IC presentation. The financier will approach IC committee for necessary approvals.
- Raising CR (Contract Request)
- Requisition form
- Coordination with CPD after CR
1.Discussions with CPD on approach and tendering process
2.Meeting with bidders & CPD
3.Site survey with bidders
4.Tender Clarification with bidders & Bidders’ quarries
5.Prepare and approve the TEC (Technical Evaluation Criteria)
6.Review and evaluate the bidders’ technical submissions and take necessary approval of the TER (Technical Evaluation Report) from management.

1.Kick off meeting with contractor and CPD.

5.Associated project team from the contractor and DTS

12.Snags & Punch list clearance
13.Training arrangements for end users, teams for the delivered project or solution.
14.PAC (Provisional Acceptance Certificate)
15.FAC (Final Acceptance Certificate)

Educational and Technical Qualifications:
Invoices payment and contract closure- Warranty & DLP (defect liability period)
Nature of Experience:
Project Execution and implementation.- Systems Operations and Maintenance. \
- ELV, IT and Security Systems Testing and Commissioning.
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, IT or electronics.
