[Special Education Teacher / Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Specialist]Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized care and education tailored to each child's needs and abilities. Implement engaging educational activities that support physical, cognitive, and social development. Work on Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with management and the teaching team. Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Previous experience working with children, preferably with children with special needs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Patience, positivity, and creativity in teaching approaches.
