The Center for People with Disabilities is urgently seeking dedicated and experienced

Special Education Teachers

to join our growing team in Qatar. Successful candidates will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment for students with special needs, ensuring each learner reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and educational strategies tailored to students with diverse learning needs.

Adapt curriculum materials and teaching methodologies to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles.

Assess students' academic, social, and emotional development and maintain accurate progress records.

Provide direct instruction in both individual and group settings.

Collaborate effectively with specialists, therapists, and families to deliver holistic educational experiences.

Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment.

Ensure compliance with all relevant special education policies, procedures, and standards.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 3 years' experience working with individuals with special needs (5 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), behavior management strategies, and differentiated instruction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
