Lead and supervise guided spearfishing excursions in Dubai's coastal waters, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants
Provide in-water instruction on spearfishing techniques, fish identification, shooting drills, and breath-hold diving best practices
Conduct pre-dive briefings covering equipment use, local marine regulations, conservation guidelines, and emergency procedures
Maintain and inspect spearfishing gear (spearguns, wetsuits, masks, fins, weights) to meet safety standards
Monitor environmental conditions--tides, currents, visibility--and adjust dive plans accordingly
Teach responsible catch-and-release practices and uphold local fishing quotas and conservation laws
Complete dive logs, incident reports, and customer feedback forms accurately and promptly
Offer post-dive debriefs, equipment rinsing, and storage; recommend additional training or gear upgrades
