Job Description

As a Customer Care Agent, you will have to handle calls and emails with the objective of providing excellent service in all situations (questions, complaints, requests for advice and assistance). Among your attributes :

Listen carefully to customer's requests taking into account all shared details ; Opt for the best route to deal with the client case ; Stay professional and calm in any situation ; Demonstrate a professional attitude that reflects the best image of the company; Being resourceful by suggesting the most appropriate solutions to customer's requests; Being customer oriented.

Required profile:

Fluency in English, in both formal speaking and writing. Customer service experience in a call center environment. Customer oriented attitude in all circumstances. Mastery of customer relationship management techniques (CRM). Relational ease. A great deal of calm and self-control. High level of empathy and understanding towards the customer.
