As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and outstanding service delivery of our spa facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, managing a team of spa professionals, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff.
Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the spa.
Monitor and maintain spa facilities to meet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate spa activities and promotions.

Customer Service:

Uphold the highest level of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Work closely with front desk and reservation teams to optimize appointment schedules.

Sales and Marketing:

Assist in developing and implementing spa promotions to drive revenue.
Encourage upselling of spa services and products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa offerings and events.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage spa product inventory.
Place orders for spa supplies as needed.
Ensure proper storage and usage of products to minimize waste.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory management.

Education and Certification:

Diploma or degree in spa management, hospitality, or a related field. Relevant certifications in spa therapy or management are a plus.
