  • Be a spare parts specialist for the company\'s products.
  • Executes RFQs, negotiation and contracts.
  • Responsible for supplier sourcing & registration particularly for spareparts.
  • Collaborates with Engineering, Sales and Operations department to identify the required parts and ensure that the quotes are technically compatible.
  • Process technical and commercial inquiries and be able to provide quotations.
  • Issue purchase orders and coordinates with supplier for dispatch / shipping.
  • Ensures that Order confirmation is received from suppliers and tracks EXW dates.
  • Creates Offer and Order confirmation for customers.
  • Responsible for spare parts claims management, parts warranties.
  • Negotiates prices to achieve cost savings targets.
  • Submit monthly reports and deliver KPI targets.
  • Compliance to company\'s processes and policies
Mobility needs you
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the field of purchasing focused on spare parts, machines, equipment.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or other technical related courses.
  • Knowledge in SAP and Advanced Excel is a must.
  • Experience in doing data analytics on stock inventories, parts and price movement.
  • Ability to closely coordinate between suppliers, forwarders and customers.
  • Experience in sourcing, procurement, shipping, contracting and data analytics is preferred.
  • Has good communication skills in English and has customer service experience.
  • Ability to closely coordinate between suppliers, freight forwarders and customers (internal and distributors).
  • Detail oriented, analytical thinker, customer-focused and quality driven.
