Spare Parts Sales Engineer (hvac)

Job Description
The HVAC Spare Parts Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling HVAC spare parts to customers. The incumbent will leverage their knowledge of HVAC systems and components to provide customers with accurate information, technical support, and product recommendations. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to identify their needs, provide solutions, and close sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with HVAC customers to identify sales opportunities
- Promote and sell HVAC spare parts and components to customers, including contractors, wholesalers, and end-users.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Manage and update customer records, including sales activities, opportunities, and contact information.
- Provide accurate forecasting of sales and develop sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and report on customer feedback, including complaints, requests, and trends.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry trends.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or any related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC spare parts sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- HVAC Spare Parts Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
