Job Responsibilities:
Summary:
Planning and Forecasting:
Analyze historical consumption of spare parts and forecast future needs.
Develop and maintain inventory plans aligned with maintenance schedules.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and reorder points.
Optimize inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Control spare parts stock and define reorder thresholds.
Purchasing Coordination:
Issue purchase requests for spare parts.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with suppliers to guarantee quality compliance and on-time delivery.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records in CMMS systems (SAP, etc.).
Generate reports on stock status, lead times, and performance indicators (KPIs).
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve parts availability.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for parts standardization.
Analyze recurring tasks and breakdowns; propose optimization measures.
Plan and coordinate activities during annual shutdowns.
Preventive Maintenance Planning (and CMMS):
Schedule preventive maintenance tasks using maintenance plans and resource allocation (internal and external).
Define and update maintenance plans in CMMS, including cost centers, machines, subassemblies, and structures.
Task Scheduling and Coordination:
Program planned tasks with production and those identified during audits.
Monitor daily progress of scheduled work.
Lead weekly and monthly review meetings.
Subcontractor Management:
Assign tasks to subcontractors and monitor their performance.
Supervise outsourced maintenance activities.
Quality Assurance:
Act as the point of contact for corrective actions with the Quality department.
Participate in coordination meetings with Production and Quality teams.
Address anomalies identified in inspection reports.
Review and update maintenance procedures and instructions.
Environmental Management:
Oversee waste management and monitor environmental action plans.
Energy Management:
Analyze electricity and other energy consumption; identify variances and propose corrective actions to reduce costs.
Define and implement projects to improve energy performance of facilities.
Prepare periodic reports on consumption and savings achieved.
Ensure compliance with environmental and energy standards.
Train and raise awareness among staff on best practices for energy reduction.
Autonomous Maintenance:
Deploy first-level maintenance across all production equipment.
Required Profile :
Master's degree or Engineering qualification in Industrial Technology, preferably in Mechanics, Electricity, Automation/Electronics, or Management.
Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar role.
