Prepare sales quotations, cost estimates and calculations, technical clarifications for SFT service(HOM & SEP \xe2\x80\x93 parts & repair) and maintenance of appropriate service sales data.
PO preparation & order placement for IC suppliers.
Coordinating with GEA Supplier sites for offers, orders & deliveries.
Commercial order management(approvals, planning, tracking, Letter of credit)
Reviewing sales contracts, terms and conditions and supporting the service sales team for their finalization
Supporting the Service sales team in day-to-day business requirements.
ERP system administration(SAP-P11, CRM/C4C)
Executing logistic activities(shipment, tracking, preparation of related customs documents) for SFT service(HOM & SEP \xe2\x80\x93 parts & repair)
Maintaining customer database by inputting customer profile and updates including Ibase.
Updating Management and Sales Team by consolidating, analyzing action summaries.
Assist account/finance dept to ensure payment/receivable collection.
Your Profile / Qualifications
3-7 years logistics experience on multinational setting
SAP knowledge is a plus.
