Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Parts Executive

to join our dynamic team in a premium multi-brand car service center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing automotive spare parts, estimating prices and availability, managing stock, issuing parts to the workshop, and preparing parts billing. Experience in using

Tally ERP & Microsoft Excel

is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Sourcing & Procurement:

Identify, source, and procure genuine and alternative automotive spare parts from approved vendors. Ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing without compromising quality. Coordinate with suppliers for lead times, back orders, and urgent requirements.

Estimation & Availability Check:

Prepare parts price and availability estimates for service advisors and workshop teams. Support customer quotations with accurate parts pricing.

Inventory Management:

Receive and inspect incoming parts; ensure accurate stocking and binning. Maintain updated records of inventory levels and reorder points. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Parts Issuance:

Issue parts accurately to technicians as per job card requirements. Track and record parts consumption against each job card.

Billing & Documentation:

Prepare parts billing for workshop jobs and counter sales. Ensure all transactions are accurately entered in

Tally

or the relevant DMS (Dealer Management System). Maintain proper records for warranty, return, and defective parts.

Coordination & Support:

Coordinate with the workshop, service advisors, and procurement team for smooth operations. Provide technical and parts support to team members when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts operations, preferably in a multi-brand service environment. Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and brands. Proficient in

Tally ERP

and basic MS Office applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Parts executive: 2 years (Preferred)
