To manage spare parts sales, inventory, and customer requests efficiently while ensuring maximum availability and customer satisfaction for CFMOTO motorcycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in, workshop, and telephone inquiries for spare parts.
Identify and issue correct parts using catalogues and systems.
Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and delivery notes.
Maintain accurate stock records and assist in stock ordering and receiving.
Coordinate with service, sales, and warehouse teams for timely parts delivery.
Monitor fast- and slow-moving parts, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
Support marketing initiatives for parts promotions.
Ensure showroom display, storage, and bin management are up to standard.
Handle warranty parts returns and documentation.
Maintain a professional approach to customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in motorcycle or automotive spare parts (CFMOTO experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of parts catalogues, ERP systems, and inventory control.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, DMS/ERP systems).
Technical understanding of motorcycles is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage.
