The main activites are sales of Spare parts, coordination of delivery and ensure customer satisfaction in regards to spare parts business.

Stock takes and cycle count procedures
Quality control of inventory including inspection and maintenance
Stock analysis in cooperation with Spare Parts Manager

The company
Liebherr Middle East FZE is responsible for sales and service of construction machinery, maritime cranes as well as aircraft systems and components of the Liebherr Group in the Gulf region. This specifically includes mobile and crawler cranes, concrete equipment, duty cycle crawler cranes, material handling equipment in the maritime field, landing gear, flight controls and air management systems as well as components for the aviation industry.xe2x80x8b

Responsibilities
- Answering to queries relating to parts and availability
- Processing of customer sales orders to factory and other suppliers
- Forwarding of shipping documents to customers
- Organizing shipments from local stock
- Monitoring all open order lines daily to satisfy customer demands
- Identifying and clearing up all shipment issues
- Identifying any alternative parts or assemblies that can be replaced
- Organizing purchases from local vendors if applicable
- Pro-active offering of modification kits and exchange programs
- Provision of excellent customer service to customers at all times
- Processing and controlling part movements for service and sales jobs, including stock control and inventory
- Supporting the service department regarding spare parts
- Supporting the sales department regarding spare parts
- General warehouse coordination:
Packing and dispatching orders
Stock takes and cycle count procedures
Quality control of inventory including inspection and maintenance
Stock analysis in cooperation with Spare Parts Manager
- Warehousing activities such as parts counting are carried out over the weekend to ensure that daily ordering of parts is not interrupted during the week
- Organize, manage and complete projects individually and in teamwork
- Cooperate with all levels of staff
- Ability to multi-task while completing work in a competent and professional manner
- Team Player
- English written/ spoken fluently, German is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Experience in related industries is a plus
