inquiriesSECTION I: POSITION SUMMARY The spare part coordinator is responsible to plan, replenish, order and ensure availability of spare parts inventory in a timely planner for daily usage. The spare parts coordinator coordinates closely with B/S/H for timely ordering and delivery of the spare parts required for the appliances and ensures that the inventory is within the accepted parameter of aging as per the business volume. SECTION II: KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Check and coordinate spare parts and consumables enquiries from internal and external customers. \xc2\xb7 Process the order received from customer service representatives and works controllers. \xc2\xb7 Place the inventory order with suppliers in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Prepare the purchase request and sending it to accounts department for PO. \xc2\xb7 Follow-up with the suppliers for timely receipt of materials \xc2\xb7 Receive, inspect and transfer the ordered spare parts to various locations. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for physical stock taking for all inventory in the store. \xc2\xb7 Advise the customer service department about the parts availability. \xc2\xb7 Handle walk-in customers and telephonic queries. \xc2\xb7 Daily collection of service charges from Service Technicians update the same in CRM and submit receipts details to finance department on regular basis for accounting and reconciliation. \xc2\xb7 Handle departmental petty cash, and submit to finance on regular interval for imprest replenishment. SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES Educational Qualification: High School Certificate/Bachelor degree is preferred. Additional Qualification: Certificate in Inventory Management Years of Experience: 3 years of experience as store keeper Job specific skills: Good knowledge in stock inventory & warehouse procedures, including understanding of purchasing functions of inventory, Analytical, MS-Office Key competencies: Communication, Customer Service, Analytical, Customer Focus, Planning and Organizing, Teamwork and Collaboration, Time Management Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
