Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Shall be responsible for efficient coordination of all functions related to maintenance department.
2. Shall be responsible to source & procure spare parts and also keep Inventory stock.
3. Visit Vendors to check the quality and availability of spare parts for cost comparisons and cost savings
4. Invite three party quotation where annual spare part procurement is involved.
5. Shall coordinate for smooth and efficient management of activities such as servicing and maintenance of MHE such as Forklift Machines, Reach Truck, Order picker, conveyor belt, batteries, spares etc.
6. Shall be the POC for receiving machine breakdown / maintenance related calls and mobilizing the technicians to attend to them.
7. Independently plan and schedule daily work plan for a team of Technicians, report to the Facility Manager on critical issues and their resolutions.
8. Ensures implementation of the preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment’s.
9. Be the standby Technician if required
10. Prepare and maintain updated reports on status of all maintenance / breakdown calls attended on daily basis, their status and further action plan.
11. Supervise and mobilize the team to manage their daily work assignments efficiently as per the KPI set.
12. Coordinate with external vendors on their periodic visit for maintenance / spare part replenishment etc.
13. Price negotiation for maintenance spares and service
14. Maintain and provide administrative support to the Facilities team.
15. Occasionally visit work sites / join meeting at various sites.
16. Shall report to the Facility & HSE Manager.
