Job Description

ILPRA Middle East, a leading provider of packaging machinery and materials, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Spare Parts & Consumables Coordinator to support our after-sales and consumables departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical coordination, customer communication, and supplier liaison work.

Key Responsibilities

Spare Parts Coordination

Assist with all incoming spare parts inquiries from clients.

Identify required components, check availability, and prepare quotations.

Liaise directly with international suppliers to request prices, lead times, and technical information.

Prepare and follow up purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Coordinate with logistics to track shipments and keep clients updated.

Consumables (plastic materials) Support

Assist in managing sales and purchases of plastic materials for ILPRA machinery.

Support the generation of consumables quotations, client follow-ups, and order confirmations.

Communicate with suppliers to source materials and maintain stock availability.

Update internal records, pricing lists, and order tracking sheets.

General Administrative & Customer Support

Maintain accurate documentation, emails, and internal filing.

Coordinate closely with the sales and technical teams.

Provide excellent customer service with timely responses and clear communication.

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.

Chinese language skills are a strong plus.

Experience in spare parts, technical coordination, or procurement preferred.

Strong communication skills and professional client-facing attitude.

Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Comfortable working with international suppliers and customers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
