As an Outlet Manager - Spanish Restaurant you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations during lunch, and dinner services. Supervise the opening and closing procedures. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely and high-quality service. Manage, train, and schedule waitstaff, hosts, and supervisors. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or disciplinary actions when needed. Foster a team-oriented and guest-focused environment. Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction. Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly. Maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality. Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor outlet profitability. Conduct daily cash reconciliation and sales reporting. Oversee ordering, inventory, and stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Maintain brand and service standards as per company policies. Conduct regular inspections of the outlet. Collaborate with marketing for promotions, seasonal menus, and events. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements. Drive upselling and loyalty program initiatives. Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office for seamless service. Attend operations meetings and contribute to cross-department planning.


Qualifications


What we are looking for:


Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management


Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests


International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments


Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow


Ability to work under pressure


Excellent in both Spanish and English
