Job Title: Space & Packages Sales

Salary:

AED 15,000 - AED 19,000/month

UAE (with flexible/remote engagement depending on client/sponsor location)

About the Role

We are looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Space & Packages Sales professional

to drive sponsorship and commercial sales for

COP 30

. This short-term, high-impact role involves identifying and closing partnerships with global brands aligned with climate, sustainability, and ESG values. You'll work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with a focus on securing strategic commercial partners and delivering against revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target prospective sponsors aligned with sustainability, climate, and ESG goals Craft and present tailored sponsorship proposals and sales decks Conduct proactive outreach (email, calls, in-person) to secure meetings and close deals Lead negotiations and finalize commercial agreements in line with financial targets Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales activity and revenue reports Coordinate with marketing, content, and delivery teams to ensure fulfillment of sponsor obligations Uphold confidentiality and data privacy across all communications Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, often across multiple time zones

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2-3 years of proven experience in sponsorship, B2B or B2G sales (experience with COP or sustainability-related events is a plus) Strong negotiation and presentation skills High proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team Flexible availability for meetings across global time zones
