We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to join our luxurious spa facility at SO Uptown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and overseeing daily operations.

Overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of service Manage and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue Monitor and maintain inventory of spa products and supplies Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently Assist in financial management, including budgeting and reporting Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new wellness practices into spa offerings Collaborate with other departments to create integrated guest experiences


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of experience in spa or wellness management Proven track record in customer service and team leadership Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management systems Experience with budgeting and financial reporting Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the spa industry Ability to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed Spa management certification preferred * Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
