The Spa Treatments Manager will be play a vital role to establish and maintain the Hotel's reputation of providing bespoke treatments and creating meMOrable experiences for its Guests, while leading an esteemed team of highly committed spa professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Director of Spa and Wellness in leading and managing a team of skilled spa therapists and other spa professionals; will be in charge of the daily spa operations which includes but not limited to guest complaints, therapist needs, telephone calls and Spa reception.
• Conduct treatment training of Mandarin Oriental Signature Spa therapies, Oriental Harmony and Spa Journeys.
• Monitor treatment quality, while making sure that all health, safety and sanitation guidelines are met at all times
• Responsible for motivating retail sales and ensure that all sales are recorded accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion, striving to exceed expectations and foster guest loyalty
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels of high-quality products and amenities.
• Oversee the schedule of the spa team to ensure guests\' demands are met while maintaining operational efficiency
• Lead by example, guide and mentor talented spa team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, while infusing fresh ideas and creativity into the spa offerings

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• A therapist background and experience in training Spa Therapy is essential;
• CIDESCO or CIBTAC qualifications are preferred
• In-depth knowledge of a wide range of spa treatments, techniques, and products, with a focus on luxury brands and experiences.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and drive revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of spa professionals; with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and guests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are preferred.
• Exceptional organizational acumen, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage spa operations efficiently while prioritizing quality and guest satisfaction
