Job Description

We are seeking a Massage Therapist & Nail Technician who will deliver high-quality massage and nail services while upholding excellent customer service, hygiene standards, and professionalism. This role requires flexibility to perform both massage and nail treatments according to client needs and salon operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Massage Services:

Perform professional massage treatments (e.g., full body, neck, back, foot, and relaxation massages) based on client needs. Assess clients' conditions and recommend suitable treatments. Ensure client comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times. Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of massage rooms and equipment.

Nail Services:

Provide manicure and pedicure services (normal, gel, and basic nail care). Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, polishing, and basic nail treatments. Ensure proper hygiene, sterilization, and sanitation of tools and workstations.

Customer Service & Operations:

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude. Upsell salon services and retail products when appropriate. Follow salon policies, schedules, and operational procedures. Assist with other salon duties as needed to support daily operations.

Requirements:

Certification is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a beauty salon or spa environment. Multi-skilled and able to handle different services as required.
