The Spa Therapist is responsible for performing all spa treatments to guests in a professional manner and at an exceptional service level.

Job Responsibilities
- Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies and procedures.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
- Accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously.
- Participate in the property\'s sustainability initiative through energy conservation and the use of recycling programs and materials.
- To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as lay down by the Spa Director.
- Review Health notes for each guest in Spa to ensure that they are being completed and up to date.
- To cover Spa Attendant duties as and when required.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed therapist in a luxury hotel setting
- Must possess a license in massage therapy and a certification in a cosmetology, aesthetic, or related field
- A working knowledge of skin care therapies, hair removal techniques, and beauty products and trends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills: English Language
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of holistic concepts and treatments
- Professional grooming and demeanor
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable performing treatments for at least 8 hours
- Knowledge of current spa trends, industry and philosophy (balance, relaxation, unity, and a healthy lifestyle)
