The SPA Supervisor holds full responsibility for
service quality, treatment standards, staff performance, client consultations, sales support, and continuous training
, ensuring
one unified and consistent SPA standard
across all therapists.
Key Responsibilities
1. SPA Operations & Quality Control
Supervise daily operations of the SPA department (Body, Facial, and Slimming services).
Ensure all treatments are delivered strictly according to
approved protocols, hygiene standards, and treatment guidelines
.
Maintain
one unified SPA standard
across all therapists in:
Treatment techniques
Timing and sequencing
Hygiene and safety
Client experience and professionalism
2. Slimming, Body & Facial Treatments (Technical Expertise)
Perform, supervise, and control both
manual and machine-based treatments
, including but not limited to:
EMS, RF, LPG, G5, Pressotherapy, Cryo, Wood Therapy (Madero), Body Contouring, Facials, and Manual Massages
.
Ensure the
correct, safe, and effective use
of all SPA machines and equipment.
Monitor treatment outcomes and correct any technical or procedural deviations immediately.
3. Team Leadership, Discipline & Control
Lead, organize, and control the SPA team on a daily basis.
Enforce
discipline, professionalism, schedules, hygiene, and appearance standards
.
Monitor staff performance closely and
correct behavior or technique immediately
when standards are not met.
Ensure therapists adhere to company policies and SPA regulations at all times.
4. Training, Coaching & Standardization
Plan and conduct
regular training sessions
to ensure full consistency across the SPA team.
Train staff on:
Treatment techniques
Machine usage
Hygiene and safety standards
Client consultation and handling
Ensure
all therapists follow the same approved protocols without exception
.
Train new staff and provide refresher training for existing staff as needed.
Evaluate staff skills continuously and provide
corrective training
where gaps are identified.
Update the team on
new treatments, machines, protocols, or changes in SPA standards
.
5. Client Consultation & Sales Support
Conduct professional consultations for
body, facial, and slimming treatments
.
Recommend appropriate treatment plans, programs, and packages based on client needs.
Actively support and contribute to
SPA sales targets and revenue growth
through professional consultation and service quality.
6. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate closely with management regarding:
Staff performance
Training progress and outcomes
SPA quality and standards
Report operational issues, improvement opportunities, and training needs in a clear and timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a
SPA Supervisor or Senior SPA Therapist
.
Strong
hands-on experience
with SPA, slimming, and body contouring machines.
Solid technical knowledge of both
