Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily spa setup and smooth operational flow

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of spa reception and front-of-house areas
Support spa standards, guest experience benchmarks, and operational consistency
Adhere strictly to LQA standards and participate in continuous improvement
Maintain updated knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and service protocols
Ideal Profile
Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of luxury spa or wellness center experience
Hospitality degree or spa-related certification preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Awareness of fitness and wellness trends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate smooth guest flow and maintain high service standards
Fluency in English
