What you will be doing : As Spa supervisor you will ensure we provide the highest level of guest experience during our guest s Wellness Journey. Know and apply always the service and quality standards through the procedures manual stipulated by the company. Implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa operational revenue. Your experience and skills include: Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, BOOK4TIME, MS Office, especially Excel. Previous Management Wellness Experience in Luxury Hotels. Follow up of Quality audit programs as well as Online Review Management platforms. Complete knowledge of the English language.
