Spa Supervisor

ImmediateWhat You'll Do:
Lead and motivate a team of skilled therapists to deliver
exceptional, five-star service
every day. Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. Drive revenue growth throughcreative sales strategies, promotions, and team engagement
. Ensure smooth daily operations and seamless coordination across departments. Coach, guide, and inspire the team to perform at their best. Handle guest feedback with grace and professionalism, ensuring every experience exceeds expectations.What We're Looking For:
Strong
leadership and communication skills
with the ability to motivate and uplift the team. A proactive mindset with a passion forsales growth and operational excellence
.UAE experience is mandatory
- applicants must currently reside in the UAE. A polished, professional presence and a genuine love for hospitality and wellness. Proven experience as aSpa Supervisor or Assistant Manager
