Supervise day-to-day spa operations, ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming environment.
Lead and motivate spa staff including therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
Manage spa bookings, appointments, and schedules efficiently.
Monitor inventory and order spa supplies and retail products as needed.
Ensure all health, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating spa staff.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive revenue and customer engagement.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on spa performance, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new treatments and wellness trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor, Senior Therapist, or similar role in a luxury spa or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of spa software and booking systems.
Understanding of spa operations, products, and industry best practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
