About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Spa Supervisor

to assist in the day-to-day operations of our luxury spa, located in a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai Marina. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a prime location and be part of a growing wellness and hospitality team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and experience managing spa operations and staff. As we are opening a

medical wellness clinic

next to the spa, candidates with experience in wellness clinics or medical aesthetics will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations. Supervise spa therapists, reception staff, and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and top-tier service. Assist in scheduling, staff coordination, and inventory control. Ensure all spa protocols, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times. Greet clients, handle guest feedback professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the upcoming adjacent medical clinic to coordinate services and ensure a seamless guest experience. Assist with promotions, reporting, and staff training.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior therapist role in a luxury spa or hotel setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong knowledge of spa treatments, skincare products, and client service standards. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-end hospitality environment. Clinic or wellness center experience is a strong advantage. Familiarity with spa booking and management software is a plus.

Preferred:

Diploma or certification in spa therapy, hospitality, or wellness management. Multilingual abilities are a bonus (especially Arabic, Russian, or Chinese). Understanding of Dubai health & safety regulations.
