Luban Spa is seeking a

passionate, dynamic, and experienced Spa Supervisor & Trainer

to join our growing team. Inspired by the standards of Dubai's finest 5-star luxury spas, this role requires a balance of operational excellence, leadership, and creativity to elevate our spa to world-class levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day spa operations with professionalism and high ownership. Supervise and motivate the spa team to consistently deliver 5-star guest experiences. Train and mentor spa therapists in treatments, hygiene, service, and upselling techniques. Ensure treatment rooms, facilities, and spa environment meet luxury hotel standards. Support management in driving team performance, cohesion, and service excellence. Curate innovative treatments, monthly experiences, and wellness packages aligned with Luban Spa's philosophy. Contribute to PR, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives to grow the brand. Drive sales performance through coaching, motivation, and accountability of spa therapists. Monitor revenue targets, optimize resources, and improve operational efficiency. Take ownership of projects, make decisions, and provide creative solutions to challenges. Run errands and assist in tasks outside the spa when required, maintaining flexibility and a team-player attitude.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a

Spa Therapist

with at least 2 years in

supervisory/management roles

. Strong knowledge of spa and wellness treatments, guest journey, and hospitality standards. Proven experience in

sales, revenue growth, and staff performance development

. Understanding of hygiene protocols, spa room setup, and luxury service expectations. Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for

PR, marketing, and business development

. Creative, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a passion for wellness and holistic living. Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills. Ability to work flexible shifts (morning & night) and handle multi-task responsibilities.
