We are seeking a dynamic and professional SPA & Recreation Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all operations of our spa and recreation facilities, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and create memorable experiences for our guests through innovative wellness and recreation programs.
Oversee daily operations of spa and recreation facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Supervise, train, and motivate spa and recreation staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Develop and implement spa and recreation programs that meet guest needs and drive revenue growth
Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets
Create and maintain staff schedules while ensuring adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours
Monitor facility maintenance, equipment functionality, and cleanliness standards
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate records of bookings, inventory, and staff performance metrics
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate integrated guest experiences
Implement marketing initiatives to promote spa and recreation services
Ensure adherence to local UAE regulations and international hospitality standards
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Qualifications **Required Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in spa, recreation, or hospitality industry
Proven experience supervising and leading diverse teams
Strong knowledge of spa and wellness operations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in facility management and operations
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial planning
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Valid UAE work visa or eligibility to obtain one
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Spa management or hospitality management certification
First Aid and CPR certification
Experience with spa booking and management software systems
Knowledge of recreation program development and implementation
Experience working in multicultural environments
Background in conflict resolution and problem-solving
Marketing and promotional experience within hospitality settings
Additional language proficiency (Arabic preferred)
