As a
Spa Receptionist
, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome and providing outstanding customer service. You will play a important role in creating a relaxing and seamless experience for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the spa.
Key Responsibilities
:
Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.
Manage appointments and schedule bookings using spa management software.
Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle payment transactions and process billing.
Ensure smooth coordination between spa therapists and guests.
Assist in maintaining the spa's daily operations, including inventory management and supply orders.
Qualifications
:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in the spa or wellness industry is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with spa management software is an advantage.
A professional and friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
