We are looking for an experienced and professional
Spa Receptionist
to join our luxury wellness team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy
Manage bookings, appointments, and daily schedules efficiently
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and guest requests promptly
Maintain accurate records of services, payments, and client information
Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth operations
Upsell spa services and retail products when appropriate
Ensure the reception area and spa environment are always tidy and inviting
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist or in a customer service role (preferably in hospitality or wellness)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of booking systems and basic administrative tasks
Presentable, friendly, and well-spoken personality
Must be currently based in the UAE
Salary:
5,000 AED per month
