Spa Receptionist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of the spa, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience for all our guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients in a professional, courteous manner
Manage appointment scheduling using spa booking software
Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments
Provide information on spa services, products, and promotions
Coordinate with therapists and ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and lounge areas
Requirements:
Native or fluent Russian speaker
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role (spa/hotel experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Familiarity with spa software systems is an advantage
