We are looking for a professional and service-oriented
Spa Receptionist
to join our prestigious luxury hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for spa guests, providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Exceptional communication skills, a polished appearance, and previous spa or hospitality experience are essential.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist spa guests with courtesy and professionalism Manage bookings, phone inquiries, and guest check-ins/outs Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the spa reception area Coordinate with therapists and spa management for smooth operations Promote spa services and retail products
Requirements:
Previous experience in a spa or 5-star hotel setting Excellent English communication skills Strong organizational and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
