Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and drive sales and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day spa operations and ensure smooth functioning Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise spa staff Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Drive spa sales, promotions, packages, and memberships Monitor revenue, expenses, and daily reports Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination Coordinate with hotel management (if applicable) Ensure spa policies and procedures are followed Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager Experience in spa operations and sales Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage targets and increase revenue Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services Basic computer skills (booking systems, reports, MS Excel) Preferred Skills: Experience in hotel spa environment Customer-focused and sales-driven attitude Ability to work under pressure and manage a team Salary & Benefits: To be discussed during the interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
