Job Description
Provide clear information to guests about Wellness, Spa, and Fitness services and products. Guide clients in selecting suitable treatments and explain proper product usage. Monitor and ensure proper condition of all Wellness and Spa areas. Welcome guests warmly and maintain a high level of professional service. Present available services confidently and professionally to customers. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently. Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments accurately. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Ability to communicate in at least one foreign language. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong sense of responsibility with good planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
