Advises clients on treatments and product usage
Controls all rooms within the Wellness and Spa department
Responsible for a professional and warm welcome to guests
Presents services to guests in a professional manner
Responds to guests' questions, complaints and suggestions in a courteous and professional manner
Makes appointment reservations and ensures their accuracy
Performs other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements
Knowledge of at least one foreign language
1-2 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs
Responsible, motivated person with strong planning and work organization skills
Excellent communication skills
