Key Responsibilities:
Guest Welcoming:
Warmly greet and welcome guests to the spa, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
Provide information about spa services, facilities, and amenities.
Booking and Scheduling:
Manage spa bookings efficiently using the designated booking software.
Handle appointment changes and cancellations professionally.
Coordinate schedules with therapists and staff to ensure smooth operations.
Billing and Payments:
Process billing accurately, including cash, card, and online payments.
Handle inquiries related to pricing, packages, and promotional offers.
Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile daily transactions.
Customer Service:
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide personalized recommendations on treatments and services.
Handle complaints or issues with poise, escalating them when necessary.
End-of-Day Reports:
Compile and submit accurate end-of-day financial and operational reports.
Record details of completed transactions, bookings, and client feedback.
Report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain client records and update the database with relevant details.
Monitor and manage the inventory of spa supplies and products.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Technical Skills:
Use booking software proficiently to manage appointments and schedules.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and communication.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
