Role Overview

The Spa Manager & Product Lead will be responsible for managing spa services, leading a small team, curating wellness products, and maintaining the highest standards of service and ambiance. The ideal candidate has prior experience in spa or wellness management, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for customer care and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Spa Operations

Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and supervise therapists and reception staff. Maintain hygiene, safety, and equipment standards. Manage bookings, inquiries, and client relationships.

Product Management

Curate and manage wellness and skincare product lines. Coordinate with suppliers, track inventory, and ensure attractive in-store displays. Support marketing and promotional campaigns for spa services and products.

Customer Experience

Deliver exceptional service, resolving client concerns with professionalism. Maintain a calm, luxurious environment aligned with Kenkoh's wellness ethos. Build customer loyalty through personalized experiences and retention initiatives.

Business & Performance

Support sales targets, monitor spa revenue and expenses. Identify new services or treatments to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

Female candidates preferred.

Minimum 3 years' experience as Spa Manager, Spa Supervisor, or similar role in wellness or retail. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent understanding of customer service and wellness trends. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Relevant spa or beauty therapy certifications preferred.
