Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all spa operations, including staff scheduling and treatment quality.
Recruit, train, and motivate spa therapists and reception staff.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service.
Manage product inventory and spa supplies efficiently.
Promote spa services and retail products to maximize revenue.
Handle client feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare reports on sales, performance, and budgets for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spa Manager or Supervisor in a reputable spa or wellness center.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent sales and marketing knowledge for spa services and products.
Understanding of spa operations, treatments, and wellness trends.
Customer-oriented, well-organized, and proactive.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
