Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day spa operations and ensure premium service standards.
Supervise, train, and motivate spa staff to maintain quality and professionalism.
Drive sales, manage budgets, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Conduct spa treatments when required to support peak hours and uphold quality.
Oversee inventory control, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Spa Management, Hospitality, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in a luxury spa/wellness center, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
