Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the spa and nail sections.
Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, services, payments, and consultation cards.
Motivate, train and support the team to ensure provision of high-quality service and ongoing development.
Drive team to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets.
Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement.
Maintain awareness of department security related to cash, stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed.
Report performance updates to management.
Ensure health, safety and DHA regulations are complied.
Requirements:
5+ years of salon management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of beauty services and salon operations
Basic English required; additional languages a plus
