About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa's operations -- from team leadership and service quality to budgeting and guest satisfaction.

Additionally, SuperiorMed is in the process of launching a premium

medical wellness clinic

adjacent to the spa. Candidates with experience working in or coordinating with

medical aesthetics or wellness clinics

are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and guest service Lead, train, and motivate a team of therapists and reception staff Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and personalized guest care Collaborate with hotel management and the upcoming clinic team to ensure seamless service delivery Develop wellness packages, promotions, and client engagement strategies Monitor budgets, manage costs, and contribute to revenue growth Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new services where appropriate

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or wellness facility Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and skincare brands Experience managing budgets, vendor relations, and P&L Familiarity with Dubai spa or healthcare regulations is an advantage Experience in wellness, medical aesthetics, or integrative health settings is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, or related field Multilingual communication skills are a plus Strong network within the wellness industry is an added benefit
