To take responsibility/ownership in providing a memorable experience for the guest and fulfil the duties as a Spa Manager and team member at the Spa. To have a clear understanding of, and work in line with all related standards, core values, visions and goals To oversee spa treatment and services operations and recommend and implement strategies to achieve performance targets.
