Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa and treatment rooms.

Manage scheduling and appointment systems for therapists and clients.

Monitor staff performance and manage shift rosters.

Ensure excellent customer service and personalized wellness experiences.

Offer consultations or guide clients about suitable Ayurvedic treatments or wellness packages.

Ensure therapists follow proper Ayurvedic protocols and use approved herbal oils and remedies.

Manage inventory of Ayurvedic oils, herbs, skincare products, linens, and spa equipment.

Experience and Qualifications Preferred:



Degree or diploma in Spa Management / Hospitality / Ayurveda / Wellness.

3+ years of experience in spa or wellness clinic management (preferably with Ayurvedic exposure).

Knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies and wellness trends.

Proficiency in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
