Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment that aligns with our brand's commitment to wellness and rejuvenation.
Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation zones, and locker facilities Assist in the daily operations of the spa, including managing supplies, equipment, and inventory Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and guiding them through spa offerings Support spa therapists and other staff in preparing for treatments and sessions, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available Monitor and maintain the spa's ambiance, including lighting, music, and temperature to enhance the guest experience Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a spa or wellness environment Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
Preferred:
Experience in a spa setting or knowledge of spa treatments and services Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations
